A telecom company needed to devise a way to provide paperless coupon service, as part of a Retail Loyalty Coupon Solution. The system needed to convey promotional offers through mobile devices and customize those offers for end customer segments.
Alumnus developed the customer loyalty framework, consisting of the Server, Portal and mobile apps that enables the Enterprise to provide mobile, paper-less but secure Loyalty service to its customers across its chain of shops using QR codes. Additionally, a store locator feature was added alongside social media integration and a dashboard. The applications were developed for all mobile platforms.
The customers could easily access the loyalty coupon service via mobile apps which could collate discount offerings from different enterprises at one place. Effective recommendations and tracking of promotion performance, growth of members, usage of value-added services was made possible using Alumnus’ solution.
